What should I bring with me on the day of the tour?

All passengers must present a government-issued photo identification card, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with the credit card used for booking. The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID. No exceptions.

Is there a weight limit?

According to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, passengers cannot exceed 280 lbs (127 kg). For groups of three, the total passenger weight should not exceed 550 lbs (250 kg).

How early should I arrive for my tour?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or cancellation without a refund.

What transportation options are available to get to the helipad?

Our helipad is conveniently located in Manhattan. You can easily reach us via subway, taxi, Uber, or Lyft. Limited parking may be available nearby, but public transportation is recommended.

Is there an age limit?

Children over the age of 2 are welcome. All children must have their own seat and wear a seatbelt for safety.

Can I plan something special for a celebration?

Yes! If you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, proposal, or another special occasion, contact us in advance, and we’ll help make it extra memorable.

Will I get a window seat?

Yes! Every passenger gets a window seat and a headset connected to our intercom system for the best experience.

Do you offer helicopter gender reveals?

How does the helicopter gender reveal work?

During the flight, the helicopter will release a cloud of colored powder, revealing the baby’s gender in a spectacular display of pink or blue. Contact us to discuss customizations.

What happens if I get airsick?

We provide sick bags onboard. A $20 cleaning fee applies for sickness outside the designated bags.

Can I bring a camera on board?

Yes! Cameras and mobile phones are allowed. However, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged electronics during the flight.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe shoes. For winter months, a sweater or light jacket is advised. Sunglasses are recommended for daytime flights.

Can your tours accommodate disabled travelers?
